Digital services are provisioned to your account promptly after payment. If physical merchandise or hardware is included, delivery locations and carriers may be limited; we will inform you during checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement.
8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders delivered to an address provided by you are considered fulfilled.
