Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and One-time Purchases

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product or plan, all purchases are considered final. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or you face an issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request.

2. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time from your account settings (if applicable). Cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle.

5. Eligibility

  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after access is granted.
  • If a service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund.
  • Payments made via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are subject to their policies as well.

6. How to Request

Email your order details and reason for the request to support@unora.uno within 7 days of the transaction. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

7. Exceptions

  • Abuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity voids eligibility.
  • Promotional/discounted purchases may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Any third-party services purchased through us follow the third party’s refund policy.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue promptly.
